Attenborough

Attenborough is a small village to the west of Nottingham near the River Trent. Its fairly well to do but, being next to the river, it floods so its not all good. The village also has a rather nice little church.

The village's main claim to fame is old gravel pits which have been turned into a waterfowl reserve. This reserve has recently had a new eco-built resource centre constructed.

Pics of all this and more to be found erm, over there.
